From a small orange cultivar of lost identification crossed with a popular unregistered daylily known as Reuther's Brown Spider. One of many seedlings resulting from my efforts to develop some good miniature spiders. This one is neither a true spider nor is it a miniature, but hopefully, it is another step in that direction. Named for the theory that frequently describes my efforts at hybridizing and at playing golf.
